Rare Director Level Opportunity with TH Media/Woodward Community Media, Dubuque, Iowa!

Due to a promotion, Woodward Communications, Inc., an employee-owned media company, is looking for an energetic Director of Sales for TH Media/Woodward Community Media. This is a key position that serves on the executive management team with potential growth opportunities.

This position will be based in Dubuque, Iowa, and will have sales responsibilities in Eastern Iowa, SW Wisconsin and NE Illinois. Duties will include:

· Plan, develop, and implement advertising, marketing, and subscription sales strategies for TH Media/Woodward Community Media.

· Direct sales managers and sales team to meet/exceed revenue goals.

· Help guide our transition to a digital first media company.

Our Director of Sales needs to be present and active in the community, able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders. He or she also needs to be able to share a vision, set goals and help the group achieve them in this ever-changing environment.
